We’re seeking a dependable Warehouse & Operations Assistant to keep our projects running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role that supports both warehouse and office operations—ideal for someone organized, reliable, and eager to learn the remodeling trade. You’ll handle deliveries, materials, and inventory while assisting with job data entry and cost tracking in our CRM. If you like variety, problem‑solving, and learning how a remodeling business runs, this is a great place to start and grow.

• Drive company truck or van to pick up and deliver parts, materials, and tools to job sites and suppliers.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Track inventory, label materials, and keep records of what went into each job—planned, unplanned, or wasted.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
• Support office operations with light administrative tasks such as entering delivery data, job costs, and inventory details into our CRM system (training provided).
• Run errands to hardware stores, suppliers, and disposal sites as needed.
• Communicate clearly with the owner and installers to stay ahead of material and scheduling needs.
• Perform light maintenance and organization of company tools, vehicles, and workspace.
• Represent the company with professionalism and reliability at all times.

Hourly pay between $15–$18
, depending on experience, reliability, and ability to grow with us.

You’ll work directly with the owner and experienced installers who are willing to train and guide you. You can talk directly with ownership anytime. We believe in a non‑toxic, respectful environment.
