Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Specialist, based in Mercedes, TX. The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Execute repairs to ensure property functionality and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tools, techniques, and safety procedures related to property maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing.
• Must have your own basic hand tools.
