• Perform thorough residential and/or commercial cleaning services according to company standards
• Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub, and sanitize all assigned areas including bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and chemical solutions safely and effectively
• Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and instructions to ensure satisfaction
  
  Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site Restock supplies and report any inventory needs to management
  
  Identify and report any property damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards

• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or janitorial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
