We’re looking for a Orange theory Fitness studio manager who is driven as well as approachable. You will be in charge of the big picture as well as the tiny details, and you will lead a team to deliver a high-energy fitness experience for members and guests. You should be comfortable motivating a sales team, recognizing members at milestones, and consistently working to exceed sales goals.

You will greet everyone who enters the studio—members, employees, vendors, visitors—eye contact, by name, and with time for them.

• Lead and manage studio operations and staff to ensure a high-quality member experience
• Motivate and manage a sales team; drive achievement of sales goals
• Greet and interact with members, employees, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Identify and fix issues promptly and ensure consistent recognition of member milestones (e.g., class milestones or birthdays)
• Own accountability for performance and deliver results
