A rapidly growing, private‑equity‑backed home services provider is expanding its leadership team and looking for a new Branch Manager in its Round Rock location. This organization delivers residential and commercial services across multiple recurring service verticals—including lawn care, pest control, tree care, lighting, and related offerings. With approximately $200M in revenue, 2k employees, and more than 50 branch locations across the U.S. and Canada, the company is in a period of significant and sustained expansion.
This branch generates $15M+ in revenue with 80 employees across field and sales. The role will report to the Regional Operations Director and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and hold full operational accountability.

- Recruit, train, and mentor service managers, field technicians, and support staff across multiple service lines.
- Shape a performance‑driven environment focused on accountability, professional development, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Ensure safety protocols, operational standards, and company policies are consistently followed.
- Manage day‑to‑day branch operations including routing, scheduling, production planning, and territory management.
- Conduct ride‑along, site visits, and quality checks to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee fleet, equipment, and material utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
- Adjust staffing and resource allocation throughout seasonal fluctuations.
- Manage the branch P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin performance.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics, labor utilization, material usage, and route profitability.
- Develop and execute monthly and annual plans to achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory controls, and asset management accuracy.
- Partner closely with sales teams to support local market penetration and customer retention.
- Ensure customer communication and service delivery meet company standards.
- Address and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify market trends, seasonal opportunities, and potential avenues for additional revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and regulatory requirements—including licensing and service‑specific certifications.
- Lead adoption of company initiatives, technology platforms, and operational improvements.
- Identify efficiency gaps and implement process enhancements to improve branch performance and throughput.
- Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in service‑based, field‑heavy, or route‑driven operations.
- Background leading large technician teams, ideally 20 or more, across multiple service lines or divisions.
- Experience in home services, green industry, environmental services, facilities services, construction trades, or similarly structured businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced and seasonal environments with shifting operational demands.
- Working knowledge of CRM or field service management platforms is beneficial.
- Industry‑specific knowledge (lawn care, pest control, arbor services, etc.) or relevant certifications are a plus.
