Parkwood Terrace Apartments in Round Rock, TX seeks a career driven industry professional to lead our team.
Responsibilities- Advertise units and negotiate lease terms
- Perform resident screenings
- Act as liaison between residents and property owner
- Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
- Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints
- Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Supervisor
- Create, train, mentor and manage a cohesive staff
- 2+ years industry experience in property management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and industry software
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Great benefits package
