Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Texas Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is a trusted Central Texas commercial roofing contractor with 90 years of experience. We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to run work, not just manage paperwork. We win the work. You take it from pre‑construction and execute it in the field. This is a hands‑on leadership role once projects are active. You’ll manage multiple commercial roofing projects at once, with a focus on execution. Most heavy pre‑construction paperwork is handled before handoff.

Your job is to run the work.

• Work daily with superintendents and foremen
• Order materials and manage logistics
• Protect gross margin and monitor budgets
• Capture and manage change orders
• Handle architects and roof consultants professionally
• Maintain clean, current job documentation
• Support quality control in the field
• Make the GC’s job easier

• Strong expectations around budget discipline

• After 12 months:

• Relationship builders who can manage field personalities

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Self‑directed and accountable

• 2+ years construction project management experience preferred
• Commercial roofing experience is a plus, not required
• Ability to visit job sites regularly
• Working knowledge of budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Valid driver’s license

Competitive Salary based on experience and willingness to take on responsibility. Eligible to participate in profit sharing pool if overall company performance allows & Auto Allowance
