What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Transformation Consultant
, you will tackle highly complex problems, provide insight into strategic issues and build relationships across all areas of the company through direct exposure to the executive team.
You will:
- Head major transformation and strategic initiatives across ISG Services
- Partner with business units to identify and act on market, product, and AI-enabled opportunities
- Develop growth/regional strategies, business cases, and route‑to‑market plans
- Improve operational performance and drive cross‑functional execution
- Assess investment opportunities and guide strategic course-setting

- Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience or equivalent skill, preferably within a top-tier management consulting firm
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and deliver strategic outcomes
- Exceptional consulting skillset
, including structured problem-solving, critical thinking, clear communication, and executive-level presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate business impact - financial metrics, business acumen
, and strategic frameworks - Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous environments, with a high degree of adaptability
