WHAT YOULL DO:

• Lead and inspire a team of skilled service professionals
• Coach mentor and when needed hold team members accountable
• Create outstanding client experiences from check-in to check-out
• Drive membership service and retail sales performance
• Oversee payroll scheduling inventory management and reporting
• Maintain strong operational standards across all spa departments
• Work a flexible schedule (days/evenings/weekends/holidays)
• Understand and promote the benefits of massage and skincare services
• Use strong organizational planning and computer skills to keep the spa running at peak performance

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
