Senior Buildings Project Manager

In the role of Senior Buildings Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate work of single or multidisciplinary teams from development and initiation to close‐out.
  • Serve as the primary manager for large, complex projects or medium‐sized projects with significant technical complexity, overseeing a large project staff.
  • Produce and manage several projects concurrently.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
  • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with other staff and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the project life cycle, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work efforts to remain within the agreed budget and schedule.
  • Work with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
  • Implement QA/QC procedures.
  • Supervise large project staffs and mentor less–experienced Project Managers.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant license/certification.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 10 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Commitment to employee‑owned culture and inclusive teamwork.
