This role is responsible for everything that happens in the clinic. Staff will need coaching. Clients will have concerns. Sales goals will need to be achieved. Operational challenges will arise daily. Your job is to lead through it, solve issues quickly, develop your team, grow the business, and create an exceptional client experience that drives retention and long-term success. You are accountable for the clinic's people, performance, culture, client satisfaction, and financial results.
If you are not comfortable being fully accountable for both people and performance, this role will not be a fit.
