Sirius Staffing is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Control Specialist/Warehouse Operator to support material flow within a regulated chemical manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting compliant material handling, and ensuring the seamless movement of goods from receipt through final shipment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates strong organizational discipline, and understands the importance of regulatory compliance in a quality-focused operation.

Inventory Control & Accuracy

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation activities
• Investigate discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective measures
• Monitor and manage expired, obsolete, or non-conforming materials
• Maintain accurate location tracking within inventory management systems

Receiving & Material Processing

• Process inbound materials by verifying documentation against purchase orders
• Inspect, label, and store materials according to internal standards
• Post receipts into inventory management systems accurately and timely
• Manage stock returns and ensure timely distribution of materials to internal departments

Shipping & Distribution

• Coordinate preparation and shipment of finished goods, raw materials, and samples
• Ensure shipments comply with applicable transportation regulations (including hazardous material standards)
• Support order finalization activities including system posting and documentation
• Maintain organized staging areas to support efficient outbound operations
• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to meet shipping requirements

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in inventory, logistics, or chemical/material handling environments
• Prior experience in regulated manufacturing or chemical distribution environments preferred
