Salary Range: $18.00 To $24.00 Hourly

The Production Associate supports shipping/receiving, saw operation, assembly, and deburring. The role focuses on the overall flow of production and adapts based on scheduling. The associate does not perform tooling setup but works closely with production and inventory teams to prevent downtime and maintain workflow. Responsibilities include operating a saw, physically moving raw materials, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving raw material and components needed for upcoming production.
- Receive components sent for outside processing.
- Cut raw material to length and stage for next production process.
- Monitor and restock inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Assemble various components inside or outside of a Cleanroom environment.
- Maintain organized storage areas and accurate paperwork including Work Orders and Certifications.
- Follow the production schedule.
- Follow all safety protocols and keep the work environment clean and hazard-free.
- Basic understanding of a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- 5+ years of experience in shipping/receiving or assembly work.
- Familiarity with MRP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to lift and move tooling and materials as needed.
- Medical device or semiconductor experience strongly preferred.
