Production Manager
As a CPI Senior Team Lead, you will efficiently coordinate the work of the production team members involved in the electronic operations. You will be responsible for planning and organizing workflow to ensure production runs smoothly, including problem-solving, holding employees accountable, and meeting safety, quality, and productivity expectations.

- Optimize production build plan to meet order commit dates.
- Oversee process and material flows, space management to maximize utilization of space designated for assigned operation.
- Set daily priorities of production staff in assigned area.
- Follow and enforce work rules and process documentation.
- Oversee employee training.
- Monitor quality of incoming raw material and finished product.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Technical
Competencies:
- Able to read and understand blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
- Capable of using measuring devices to perform product inspection.
- Demonstrated coaching and/or mentoring leadership style.
- Ability to identify and prioritize issues with little supervision.
- Self‑motivated but comfortable seeking direction when appropriate.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Customer Service, Operations Management and Engineering organizations.
- Available and willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as production demand dictates.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, carrying, stooping and crouching.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
