• The Packaging Operator is responsible for the labeling and packaging of reference standard solutions and neat material aliquots to support catalog and custom-specific products. This role executes labeling, relabeling, and packaging projects in accordance with established procedures and documentation to ensure finished products meet production goals, customer requirements, and quality standards.

• Label, relabel, package, and aliquot reference standard solutions and neat materials according to approved procedures and customer specifications.
• Initiate, complete, and review batch records and required documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage assigned projects and budgets to ensure timely completion of packaging activities.
• Communicate project status, delays, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform all work in compliance with Quality, Safety, and housekeeping standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in the Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, laboratory, or related industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures, instructions, and documentation requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with labeling, packaging, batch records, or production documentation.
• Experience working in a regulated Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or laboratory environment.
• Familiarity with Quality and Safety policies, standard operating procedures, and good housekeeping practices.
• Experience reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
