Industrial Polisher

We're hiring an Industrial Polisher to join a growing manufacturing operation in Round Rock. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in metal finishing, polishing, fabrication, machining, manufacturing, or production. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable using hand and power tools, and committed to producing high-quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

• Polish metal parts and components to remove imperfections and prepare surfaces for finishing.
• Operate hand and power tools while maintaining precise dimensions and quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet production specifications.
• Replace polishing materials and machine consumables as needed.
• Work closely with machining and production teams to improve efficiency and quality.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support production goals while meeting quality and delivery expectations.

• Experience in polishing, metal finishing, manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or a related industrial field preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and industrial polishing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and other safety equipment.
