• General surgery, orthopedic, and neuro surgery experience (for both RN and Tech roles)
• Basic general OR knowledge with more than one year of experience
• For CVOR: at least two years of specific CVOR experience, including all adult open heart cases, open and endovascular Triple A surgery, and willingness to work with the Cath lab on cases like TAVR

• Trauma experience in both RN and Tech roles
• Vascular surgery experience for RN and Tech, involving procedures such as fistula creations and endarterectomy surgery

• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to different types of rooms and cases
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and adapt to departmental procedures
• Openness to occasionally help with the orientation of new graduate techs or RNs

• Number of Beds: 11 operating rooms
• Number of Staff: 40 across all shifts
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
