• Provide comprehensive ICU care for critically ill patients.
• Perform rapid‑sequence intubations and ventilatory management.
• Manage cardiac postoperative patients, including CABG and valve replacement.
• Execute neuro‑vascular interventions such as thrombectomies and EVD insertions.
• Administer sedatives, vasopressors, and MT‑P protocols.
• Utilize cardiac support devices (IABP, Impella) and administer tissue‑plasminogen activator (TNK).
• Perform cardioversion and provide continuous cardiac monitoring.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to infection control standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support bedside family communication.

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification

• Critical care nursing experience.

• Trauma credentials (e.g., TNCC, CATN, TCAR).
• Post‑operative cardiac surgery experience.

• Rapid sequence intubation
• CABG and valve replacements
• Thrombectomies
• EVD insertions
• SLED/TABLO support
• MTP administration
• Cardioversion
• IABP/Impella management
• TNK administration
• Vasopressor and IV sedation use

• Driven and willing to learn and adapt.
