• BLS Provider required within 30 days of hire. (AHA or Red Cross accepted)
• Registered Nurse required prior to hire.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. (AHA or Red Cross accepted)

• Diploma from an accredited nursing school OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
• Nursys License/Certificate Verification for submission.
• Ascension Specialty Exam, Color Vision, Core Competencies, EKG Exam, and Unit Specific Checklist for onboarding.
• Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding and other professional requirements for onboarding.
• Personal health history requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, and a 12 Panel Drug Screen for onboarding.
• Driver's License/State  for submission.
• Two professional references required for submission.
• Background check results and other professional confirmations for onboarding.
