Certified Nurse Aide – Meadow Lake, Tyler, Texas. Hourly pay $+ with additional benefits. Provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities, support their safety, and maintain accurate records.

• Follow all care plan directives and administer direct patient care.
• Assist residents with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and transfer to dining rooms and activities.
• Initiate and assess resident needs, observe and report changes or unusual findings to the nurse.
• Coordinate with nursing team members to record accurate vital signs and maintain ADL records.
• Administer standard precautions and infection control standards to provide a clean and safe environment.
• Promptly answer call lights and regularly assess resident’s needs to ensure they are met.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year experience working with the geriatric population.
• Certified Nursing Aide licensure required by state regulations.
