• Care Planning:
  Implement and track customized, evidence‑based patient care plans to optimize recovery.
• Condition Monitoring:
  Record and communicate real‑time clinical updates and condition changes to the care team.
• Interdisciplinary Lead:
  Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, well‑aligned patient care.
• Order Execution:
  Precisely carry out physician and advanced nursing directives with absolute clinical accuracy.
• Transition Strategy:
  Evaluate and manage complex discharge planning needs to guarantee safe patient transitions.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
