Trauma Nurse Manager

St. David's Medical Center is seeking a Trauma Nurse Manager to lead our state-of-the-art neurological unit in central Austin. The Trauma Nurse Manager oversees daily operations, trauma workflows, and nursing staff to ensure safe, evidence-based care for high-acuity neuro-trauma patients. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and performance evaluations; coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; driving quality and safety initiatives; and ensuring regulatory and trauma program compliance.
