Fri-Sun 1 RN, 1 Tech

** 1 Charge, 2 RNs, 2 CSTs, 1 PCT
** Patient Ratios:

** Advanced OR equipment including:

- Microscopes
- Da Vinci Xi Robot
- Mako Robot
- Laparoscopic Stryker tower
- Stealth
- Endovascular hybrid room equipment
** EMR:
** Meditech

** Ideal Candidate Profile:
** Must Have Experience In:** - General surgery, orthopedic, and neuro surgery for both RN and Tech roles
- Basic general OR knowledge (more than one year) - CVOR candidates MUST have at least two years of CVOR experience, including:

- Adult open heart cases
- Open and endovascular cases
- Willingness to work with the Cath lab on cases (e.g., TAVR)
- ** Preferred

Skills:

** - Trauma experience for both RN and Tech roles - Vascular surgery experience, including cases like fistula creations and endarterectomy surgery
** Typical Procedures Performed:
X-lif, A-lif, Decompression, ACDF, Craniotomy
Robotic surgery (thoracic, general, gyn, urology)
Ortho Trauma, Total Joints (Mako Robot), General Open and Laparoscopic Surgery
CV: CABG, Valves, Surgeries of the Aorta (including traumas), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, EVAR, and open vascular cases

Willingness to assist and mentor new graduate techs or RNs
