You will complete detailed preadmission assessments, review labs and diagnostics, reconcile medications, and identify risk factors to optimize patients for surgery. You will educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care, collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams, and document thoroughly in the EMR.
