Description:
This is a contract position for an RN in the Pre-Op PACU.The assignment will last for 8 weeks.
The work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.No call or weekend shifts are required.
Candidates will be expected to work with a variety of patient cases including orthopedic, neurological, GU, ENT, and gynecological procedures.
RNs will be required to manage patients with a typical ratio of 2:1.The unit comprises 10 beds and approximately 8 staff members.
Daily staffing includes 1 charge nurse and 6-7 nurses during day shifts.
Candidates should be team players who can keep up with a fast-paced environment.
Blue scrubs are required as part of the dress code.
