. This is a unique opportunity to use your clinical expertise, build strong relationships with long‑term care teams, and help facilities improve their wound care programs—all while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays

This is not a traditional bedside nursing position
. Our Clinical Wound Care Representatives work independently in the field as clinical educators, wound care resources, and trusted partners to the facilities they serve.

As a Clinical Wound Care Representative, you will partner with long‑term care facilities throughout your assigned territory to provide clinical education and support related to wound care and advanced wound care products.

You will:

• Build strong relationships with nurses, administrators, providers, and facility leadership

• Provide hands‑on product education and clinical guidance to facility staff

• Serve as a wound care resource for the facilities in your territory

• Educate clinicians on appropriate product selection and utilization

• Review wound documentation and help identify opportunities for improved accuracy and compliance

• Learn and apply Medicare documentation and reimbursement requirements through Curitec's comprehensive training program

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and follow‑through

• Manage your territory independently while working closely with Curitec's clinical and leadership teams

We are looking for a confident, professional clinician who is comfortable working independently and communicating with everyone from bedside nurses to facility administrators.

• Active RN, LPN/LVN, PT, or PTA license

• Minimum 2 years of recent hands‑on wound care experience

• Strong clinical assessment and wound care knowledge

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

• Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Wound care certification

• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience

• Experience with electronic medical record systems such as PCC or Matrix Care

• Experience educating clinical staff

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced field environment

You'll be successful here if you are clinically strong, organized, comfortable meeting new people, and able to take ownership of your territory. You should enjoy teaching, problem‑solving, and building relationships while still being accountable for documentation and follow‑through.
