Veterinarian Sonographer
Full Time. Heart of Texas Veterinary Specialty Center.
About YouHeart of Texas Veterinary Specialty Center, located in Round Rock, Texas, is seeking a veterinarian to lead our developing Outpatient Imaging Service. This role would consist of image acquisition (via CT and ultrasound). A Board‑certified radiologist reviews the images to provide the final written report.
Experience & Skills Requirements- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree.
- State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing in the state of Texas, before the start date.
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
- Previous experience in veterinary ultrasound, licensing in ultrasound is a bonus.
- Proficient in using ultrasound equipment and acquiring diagnostic images to be interpreted by veterinary specialists.
- Compassionate and patient‑focused, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Highly motivated to provide outstanding diagnostic support to the veterinary team.
- Capable of working independently and managing priorities in a clinical setting.

We also provide ultrasound, CT, fluoroscopy, digital radiography, rhinoscopy, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and cystoscopy.
