Salary

$83,000 – 111,800 annually (salary range is a general guideline; final offer depends on qualifications, experience and business considerations).

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Lead Quality Engineer and Director of Quality on the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Coordinate, resolve, and review Corrective Action Reports, including root cause analysis.
  • Disposition of non‑conforming material.
  • Resolve customer issues related to quality.
  • Process and Product Monitoring.
  • Monitor supplier performance.
  • Perform annual evaluations of suppliers.
  • Train and mentor associates on quality awareness.
  • Prepare and review product certification documentation packages.
  • Review customer contracts, specifications, design documents, purchase orders, and other documents to ensure that customer and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Support incoming audits, such as customer, regulatory, and registrar audits.
  • Conduct supplier audits, surveys, and source inspections.
  • Travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
  • Other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or another Technical Field with at least four (4) years of quality experience in regulated industries such as Nuclear, Aerospace, or Medical (an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered).
  • Experience with quality industry standards (ISO
    9001:2015, AS9100D, ISO/IEC 17025, NQA‑1, 10

    CFR
    50 Appendix B, ISO 19443, ASME Section III, ISO 80079‑34, etc.).
  • Ability to plan, control, and assure product and process quality in accordance with quality principles—including planning processes, material control, acceptance sampling, and measurement systems.
  • Experience investigating quality issues methodically, resulting in reports that identify containment, root cause, and corrective and preventative actions.
  • Basic knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and risk management, including key terms and definitions, modeling, systems design, assessment tools, and reporting.
  • Excellent technical writing, oral communication, and presentation skills for reporting and briefing customers and senior leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical requirements may include lifting up to 50pounds; ability to access manufacturing and warehouse environments; ability to sit, stand, and use computer systems for extended periods.
