Overview

Job Title:
Quality Manager

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure products and/or services consistently meet regulatory requirements, internal standards, and customer expectations. This role leads quality assurance activities, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures full compliance with applicable industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and internal policies
  • Lead internal and external audits, including certification and surveillance audits
  • Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Identify quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product/service quality
  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and customer complaints
  • Develop and deliver training on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee supplier quality management and conduct vendor evaluations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for compliance purposes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma methodologies)
  • Report quality performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior management
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Quality Management or Quality Assurance
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or industry-specific standards)
  • Experience with auditing processes and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
