In this highly visible role, you will partner with Engineering, Technology, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Services teams to lead investigations, implement corrective actions, and continuously strengthen our Quality Management System. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead Quality Improvements That Matter
- Serve as the primary quality lead for customer complaints, warranty returns, and critical quality issues.
- Drive investigations into customer concerns, internal nonconformances, and quality system issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Lead root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring quality and reliability remain central to business decisions.
- Maintain and continuously improve our ISO 9001:2015-compliant Quality Management System.
- Plan and execute internal audits while supporting external and customer audits.
- Own quality documentation, procedures, and records to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality processes and business performance.
- Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools that identify trends and drive proactive improvements.
- Provide regular quality performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to reduce Cost of Quality, warranty expenses, and recurring issues.
- Lead quality improvement projects that deliver measurable business and customer value.

- Partner closely with Engineering, Technology, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Services teams to implement lasting improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions using methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA.
- Promote a culture of quality through coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present findings, recommendations, and improvement strategies to leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

For

this Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software testing, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical role.
Strong expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA.
Experience working within ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving improvement initiatives.
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Master's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
