Test Engineer

We're looking for a Test Engineer to support the Camera Hardware team. This role focuses on validating the quality and performance of video conferencing cameras used in enterprise collaboration environments.

In this position, you'll work within a camera lab environment executing test plans, following established testing procedures, and documenting results. You'll validate camera functionality after software and firmware updates, helping ensure product quality and preventing regressions before release.

• Execute objective and subjective testing of video conferencing cameras
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and test methodologies
• Validate camera performance after software and firmware updates
• Identify, document, and communicate defects and quality issues
• Collect and report test results accurately
• Work with engineering teams to support product development and validation efforts
• Test cameras on pre-configured systems in a lab environment

• Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of experience in an IT, technical support, QA, testing, or engineering environment
• Experience following documented procedures and test plans
• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Interest in cameras, imaging technology, video conferencing, or hardware testing
• Ability to execute repetitive testing while maintaining consistency and quality

• Hardware or software testing experience
• Experience documenting testing results and defects
• Familiarity with video conferencing technologies
• Understanding of hardware/software interaction and integration
