PURE Home River is seeking a Licensed Property Manager to join our Property Management & Coordination team in the Real Estate industry. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and renovations, managing leases, handling tenant communications, and monitoring budgets and vendor relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to support innovative, sustainable property solutions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio of residential properties
- Coordinate leasing activities including marketing, showings, screening, and lease execution
- Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally
- Coordinate and track maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely completion and quality work
- Plan and oversee property improvement and renovation projects with a focus on sustainability and efficiency
- Develop and manage property operating budgets; monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures
- Manage rent collection, apply late fees, and support basic property-level accounting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and safety/building codes
- Conduct regular property inspections and document conditions, maintenance needs, and project outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports in property management software and internal systems
- Collaborate with internal renovation, maintenance, and accounting teams to align property goals
- Support lease enforcement actions in coordination with legal and compliance guidelines
Required Skills
- Property management software (e.g., App
