Compass Group - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.;
Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting standards, and ensuring correct temperatures.;
Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high standards of cleanliness; stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.;
Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering and receiving of food and supplies.;
Reports maintenance needs or faulty equipment to the supervisor and attends in-service and safety meetings.
