Shift LeadersThey are the ACTING MANAGER on duty during their shifts.
Shift Leaders oversee that we deliver a quality product while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Shift Leaders are efficient in opening and closing the business. They are empowered to make decisions and answer all guests’ questions.
Responsibilities- Take initiative and are proactive in completing and delegating store tasks
- Key holders of the store
- Scheduled for opening and/or closing shifts
- Can hold the team accountable to keep up with Clean Juice standards and procedures
- Are eligible for promotions for management positions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay:
From $15.00 to $15.50 per hour plus tips
Expected hours:
Up to 30 hours per week
- Day Shift
- Mid-day Shift
- Night Shift
