Job TitleSenior Sales Associate
Primary PurposeThe Senior Sales Associate will leverage retail expertise to drive sales, build client relationships, and promote the Kate Spade New York brand.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve individual sales goals and support store performance.
- Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and create the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Build personal connections with guests using effective selling skills.
- Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business‑driving events.
- Communicate brand aesthetic, philosophy, and customer feedback to store leadership.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures, including register and cash handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on a flexible schedule.

Work Setup & CompensationBase pay range: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour. Tapestry complies with all minimum wage and other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
