Job Description

Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer at Mondelēz International. The role involves fulfilling merchandising needs for customers by communicating and building relationships, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. You will represent world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz to in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps and capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz guidelines.
• Apply negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum of 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Capacity for hard work in a fast‑paced environment and ability to perform physical tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Georgetown, TX (primary location) or Pflugerville, TX, or Round Rock, TX (secondary locations).
• Schedule availability:
  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; start by 5:00 a.m.

Hourly compensation rate of $20.79.
