Napa Auto Parts -  - Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous service to customers in-store, over the telephone, or in the dealer's shop;
Look up parts in catalogs or POS system and process orders with high accuracy;
Assist and advise customers to meet their needs and resolve technical questions or problems;
Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and operating policies; support other store personnel;
Maintain POS computer abilities and understand pricing methods; support sales through accurate stock orders and merchandising
