Loaner Rental Agent

Round Rock Toyota is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Loaner Rental Agent to join our dealership team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As a Loaner Rental Agent, you are responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring customers receive and return courtesy loaner and rental vehicles in accordance with company, third‑party, and manufacturer policies.

• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customers receive and return loaner and rental vehicles per company policies.
• Assist customers with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Verify loaner vehicles are checked out and returned according to company policies and document required maintenance.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments.
• File documentation with insurance or state/federal agencies and ensure customers are charged appropriately for any damage, violations, tickets, or tolls.
• Use computer software for fleet management.
• Safely drive loaner vehicles, both manual and automatic.
• Perform basic math and follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Adhere to work rules and procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; six months or more of related experience and/or training.
• Preferred:
  Associate’s Degree or equivalent with at least one year of related experience.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or rental car services preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within prescribed routines.
• Ability to interact well with others, work in a diverse team, and positively influence departmental morale.
• Physical ability to lift no more than 20 pounds at a time, frequently lift or carry up to 10 pounds, stand, sit, crawl, climb, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp, talk, and hear. Will work outdoors with exposure to heat, cold, hazards, and noise.
• Work standard business hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
