• Provide world-class customer service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries.
• Expertly advise customers on shipping options, professional printing, and document finishing.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and specialized shipping/tracking software.
• Assist customers with professional printing, binding, and laminating projects.
• Take ownership of customer needs and offer viable solutions for shipping and logistics.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites experience is a plus).
• Ability to learn new software and retail processes in a short amount of time.
• Prompt, reliable, and professional in appearance.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including basic math and spelling).
