Overview

Member Frontline Services Associate – responsible for providing customer service, processing sales transactions, handling member inquiries, and maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment at Sam’s Club.

• Provide member service and support for the checkout area, including processing purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Guide members on self‑service technology and promote Sam’s Club products and services.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, and assist members with locating merchandise and making purchasing decisions.
• Execute safety and security procedures, conduct safety sweeps, report unsafe situations, and respond to emergencies.
• Arrange, zone, and organize merchandise to ensure a safe shopping environment and identify shrink and damages.
• Maintain required documentation, logs, and paperwork; ensure compliance with company security and safety practices.
• Assist in training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, new technologies, and program rollouts.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate integrity, respect for individuals, and a commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.

• Required: Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register) and working with mobile retail applications.
• Preferred: Experience in a high‑traffic retail environment and familiarity with Sam’s Club operations.

• Competitive hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00 USD (actual rate will equal or exceed local minimum wage).
