Help members enjoy fresh prepared meals and rotisserie chicken by following recipes, preparing food, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise. Support bakery orders and maintain a clean, temperature-controlled environment. Bring a friendly, customer‑first attitude to ensure a great shopping experience.

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and assist in the education of other associates.
• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, and operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to improve sales, the shopping experience, and associate engagement. Use handheld technology for real‑time production decisions and training.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance, support digital tools, manage high exposure, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, and assist customers per company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high‑quality service and products, execute basics at the highest level, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy, and apply these in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using data and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners, and recommending improvement opportunities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.

• Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
