Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders and pulling items from shelves;
Scans items, wraps and palletizes, and ensures accuracy of orders and invoices;
Secures items until Members arrive and follows up on out-of-stock merchandise;
Provides Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues;
Maintains safety and ethics standards and collaborates with team and customers.
