As a full‑time Windsor Co‑Manager, you serve as the Store Manager’s “right hand.” You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store.

• Drive sales to ensure the overall success of the store and build brand loyalty through an omni‑channel Oasis experience for every customer.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into actionable behaviors, delivering business solutions to create value for the brand.
• Support the Store Manager in finding and retaining great talent, maintaining a wide talent pool and ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience.
• Organize and plan operations in detail to achieve payroll compliance, execute operations and deliver the Oasis experience to customers.
• Prioritize training and development of the team, leading by example, communicating clearly, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, feedback, and the use of company tools and programs.
• Adhere to integrity standards by following all Windsor policies and procedures.
• Support Merchandising Directive execution in partnership with the Store Manager and maintain a neat, clean, and tidy store in compliance with Windsor’s visual guidelines.
• Live and promote Windsor values, fostering a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinker able to resolve issues with customers and associates as they arise.
• Effective communicator in both group and one‑on‑one settings.
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends, and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Must be able to access all areas of the store, operate and use all necessary equipment, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise weighing generally 0–25 pounds, and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced with indoor temperature conditions varying.
