Location: Round Rock, TX

Pay Rate: $30.19 per hour

• Experience in sales operations, order management, customer support, or inside sales support preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with CRM systems, quoting tools, and order management platforms preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting functions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance within a federal sales environment
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal customer support requirements

Quoting & Pricing Support

• Create, update, and validate sales quotes for Federal ISRs, ensuring accurate pricing, configurations, and discount structures
• Prepare supporting quote documentation including Statements of Work (SOWs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), renewal quotes, and product lists
• Submit and track pricing approvals, exception requests, and deal registrations
• Ensure all quotes comply with federal contract vehicles, pricing policies, and regulatory requirements

Order Management & Fulfillment

• Convert approved quotes into accurate sales orders within internal systems
• Validate purchase orders against quotes, including pricing, quantities, part numbers, tax details, and shipping information
• Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment lifecycle and proactively resolve issues, holds, or discrepancies
• Partner with finance, logistics, order management, and cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Provide order status updates to Inside Sales Representatives, customers, and partners as needed

Account & CRM Support

• Maintain accurate account records, customer hierarchies, contract references, and contact information within CRM systems
• Assist with new account setup and updates to existing customer profiles
• Track contract renewals, subscription expirations, and account milestones, notifying sales teams of required actions
• Generate and distribute reports related to pipeline activity, bookings, backlog, aging quotes, and renewals

Operational Excellence

• Follow established sales operations procedures, SLAs, compliance requirements, and audit controls
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings, pricing structures, and sales tools
• Assist with data cleanup projects, reporting requests, and additional operational support tasks as assigned
