• Face the Tru Green brand and engage homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and deliver custom solutions.
• Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibe.
• Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household because no two yards (or customers) are the same.
• Turn "just looking" into "just signed" with a proven sales methodology and processes.
• Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and track performance.
• Cross‑sell and upsell with precision using expertise to show customers how to level up their lawns.

• High school diploma or GED required (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle go even further.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready.
• Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing talk, smart and sincere.
• Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.

• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Average income $875 – $1,200/week (based on an annual salary plus average commissions earned for qualifying representatives).

Pay Range: $27,669.00 – $58,865.00 (based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location). Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.
