Account Executive – B2B SalesPrudential Overall Supply is hiring a driven Account Executive to grow new business within our Cleanroom Services division. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, closing, and building long-term B2B relationships in high‑value, technical industries.

What You’ll Do- Prospect and develop new B2B accounts within your territory
- Sell solutions into industries like biotech, pharma, semiconductor, and manufacturing
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments
- Manage pipeline activity through cold calling, networking, and CRM tools
- Close new business and consistently hit sales targets
- 3–5+ years of outside B2B sales (hunter role required)
- Proven success in new account acquisition
- Experience in one or more industries: biotech, pharma, medical device, semiconductor, aerospace, or manufacturing
- Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and generating your own pipeline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license + ability to travel (up to 50%)
- Cleanroom, uniform rental, facility services, or industrial service sales experience
- Contract‑based or recurring revenue sales experience
- Base salary +
