Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Inside Sales | Lead Generation
Pay: $26/hour
Location: Round Rock, TX (On-site)
Join a fast-paced, growth-driven team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), where you’ll generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, email, Linked In, cold outreach)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives and Sales Representatives
- Maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Execute follow-up campaigns to nurture early-stage prospects
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead generation efforts
- Meet or exceed KPIs for calls, meetings, and pipeline creation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer outreach preferred
- CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Zoom Info, Reply.io, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-starter with a competitive mindset
