Position: Part-Time

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at Lens Crafters every time. This role is essential to establishing Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frame fits with optical measurements to create the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff (Target Host partners).
• Maintain the appearance of the store by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, email, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Comfortable with new technology and change, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self‑motivation and the ability to multi‑task; flexibility in a quickly changing environment.
