Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and provide service and sell within an existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals, manage inventory, and maintain professional and safe operation.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years old, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation of prior employment.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
