Retail Sales Associate

We're hiring immediately! This isn’t your typical entry-level retail position. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Top performers could earn $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually, depending on geography, hours worked and performance.

• Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Discover customers’ needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solutions to provide a complete top‑down sales experience.
• Close sales using strong communication skills to meet customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory functions.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to additional shifts and income opportunities during peak periods.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

• Experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating solutions to customers.
• Customer service experience.

40 hours per week with required evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position is work‑site based; duties performed at a designated retail store location.
